Ingredients
Tofu - cut into pieces
Turmeric powder
Salt
A few banana
leaves (optional)
2 to 3 tbsp oil
Method
Mix tofu pieces
with turmeric powder and salt.
Lay banana
leaves on a flat grilling pan and pour oil on top.
Heat the oil,
then place the tofu pieces on the banana leaves.
Grill on both
sides until golden.

Toss tofu slices with ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, and curry
powder.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, grill until crispy on both sides.
